How to upload to Aidace

The Aidace General Settings

If you are an admin user, you likely have access to the Aidace settings. Follow the arrow here to access those settings and head to general to make changes.

The settings explained:

How to do a hard refresh

Each time we release new features or update Aidace you will see a pop up requesting that you reload. If you do not reload with that pop up, you may need to perform a hard refresh. Here is how you do that. In this video I right click to get that menu. I right click on the browser refresh button. I then left click on "Empty Cache & Hard Refresh".

How to reset your password

To reset your password head over to app.aidace.net and click "Forgot password". You can do the same thing if your initial log in link has expired.

The Aidace Mappings

For an integration, software mapping is like drawing a map that shows how two different systems can connect and work together. Imagine you’re trying to link two machines, and you need to know what each part does, where the wires go, and how to get them to talk to each other smoothly.

With software mapping for integration, it shows you where all the pieces fit, how data moves between systems, and what needs to be changed or adjusted so they can work as one. It helps prevent mistakes and makes sure the integration works properly without breaking anything.

In Aidace we map the following -

  • Payers

  • ADT Types (PCC only)

  • Contact types

  • Contact relationships

  • Document categories

The document categories are especially important. These mappings determine which EMR category the documents you upload to Aidace will be assigned to.

Your manager can tell you how that was mapped by following these instructions.

Grabbing the PCC link

Sometimes we may ask you to send us the "PCC Link". When we ask for that here is what to do - head to the resident in PCC and click to the census tab in PCC. Next, copy and past this from your browser and send that over.
